Kapil Manocha is a Franchise Consultant who has experienced both the life of an entrepreneur and a corporate executive. He understands the benefits of being your own boss, and how not everyone is suited for the traditional 9-5 work model or the fluctuations of the job market. For those who desire control over their lives and the flexibility of business ownership, Kapil helps them achieve their goals.
Growing up in India, Kapil was part of a family of business owners and started his own successful ventures before pursuing further education and career opportunities in the US. He holds an MBA degree from Case Western Reserve University with a focus on Operations and Finance. After spending years in executive positions with Fortune 500 companies, Kapil returned to his entrepreneurial roots.
Now, as a franchise expert, Kapil assists individuals in finding and evaluating franchise opportunities that align with their motivations, whether it's starting a new business after being laid off, leaving the corporate world, expanding an existing business empire, diversifying a portfolio, or a stay-at-home parent looking to return to work.
